According to a report by HITC Sport, Tottenham Hotspur are keen on landing Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon and his twin brother Steven Sessegnon in a double deal.
Ryan Sessegnon has burst onto the scene in some style this year making his professional debut in the EFL Cup against Leyton Orient aged just 16 years and 81 days.
A week later, aged 16 years and 88 days, he made his Championship bow against Leeds United.
The England under-19 international has made eight senior appearances for the Cottagers already, despite his young age, and has also scored two goals.
The attack-minded left back became the Championship’s youngest ever goalscorer and the first player to be born in the 2000s to score a goal in the football league.
His twin brother Steven Sessegnon is yet to make his Fulham debut but is progressing well through the academy. The highly-rated defender has also represented England at youth level and is thought to be close to a first team opportunity.
Tottenham would like to beat off competition from Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool for the twin brothers.
Fulham fans – What do you think? How important is it to keep your young stars? Will you lose the Sessegnon brothers in the same way at Roberts, Hyndman, Dembele and others?
