Spurs are keeping tabs on Che Adams

The 19-year-old, who can play in midfield or up-front, signed for the Blades back in 2014 from non-league Ilkeston Town, and he has gone on to become one of the brightest prospects in the Sky Bet Football League.

It is uncertain as to whether Spurs are considering a move for the talented Blades forward this summer, or are holding out until January, or even next summer - but FLW sources close to Sheffield United have revealed their is interest in the player from the north London club.

Adams played ten times for the Blades last season and looks set to be utilised by new Sheffield United manager Nigel Adkins in the forthcoming season.

The former Ilkeston man made his debut for the Blades back in their 1-0 victory over Premier League Southampton, taking them to the Semi-Final of the Capital One Cup - he then scored in their Semi-Final against Tottenham Hotspur, bagging a brace in two minutes.

Although it is obvious Adams would not go straight into Spurs' first team set up, he could certainly be an influential player for them in the future with other youngsters such as Dele Alli and Alex Pritchard who would be in the same boat if Adams were to move.
