‘Totally isolated’ – These QPR fans give their assessment on individual after Reading defeat

It was yet another frustrating day for QPR on Saturday, as they were beaten 1-0 by Reading a The Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
In a game of few clear chances, Michael Olise’s 89th minute strike was enough to claim all three points for the Royals, and condemn QPR to fourth defeat in five games.
Not surprisingly, plenty of Rangers fans were far from happy as they took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the game, with one particular talking point being the latest performance from Lyndon Dykes.
The summer signing from Livingston cut something of an isolated figure upfront for Mark Warburton’s side, as they struggled to really test Rafael in the Reading goal.
After the game, some QPR fans appeared to be split over Dykes, with some suggesting that the striker is not good enough, and others implying that his struggles are due to the fact that he is not getting the support he needs from his teammates.
Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say about the 25-year-old.
1 point from the last 15. Not good enough from Warburton. Get Dykes on the bench for game or 2. Starts every game but cant score goals.

We’ve spent nearly £4m on Dykes and Bonne…. Criminal. We deserve everything we get.#QPR#FernandesOut#FerdinandOut

Dykes looks a lot better IRL than he does on a stream.
Kakay and Carroll been fantastic.
Hopefully we can get a goal and a win on our first game back

Feel sorry for Dykes, we aren’t set up to service him. Either wing is cut inside and shoot. Would love him to grab one. #QPR

#qpr we should have signed Nakhi Wells last season and instead gave all sorts of reasons and bought two players who can’t score. Paying the price for it…Dykes and Bonne are not a fit. Willock -not sure about him.

#qpr View from the school end, pretty even, pace of the game is very slow (wonder if this is a lack of fans thing) Reading will score on the break, both full backs for us positioning is dodgy. Dykes totally isolated, we are taking too many touches hence struggling to create
