Plenty of Ipswich Town fans took to social media to give their reaction, following the 2-0 home defeat to Rotherham United last night.

Ipswich were knocked off the top of the League One table for the first time in several weeks, as they suffered their second defeat in the space of four days.

Town have made very promising start to the new season, but their unbeaten start to their league campaign was brought to an end with a 2-0 defeat at Accrington Stanley on Sunday afternoon.

Paul Lambert's side were hoping to bounce back and extend their lead at the top of the table with a victory against Rotherham last night, but the Millers ran out 2-0 winners at Portman Road - thanks to a brace from Matt Crooks.

Ipswich are now second in the League One table on goal difference, although they do have a game in hand on the new leaders Peterborough United.

Plenty of Ipswich supporters took to social media to react to the result against Rotherham last night and many were quick to express their disappointment at the manor of the defeat.

Some criticised Lambert for his tactics and team selection, while others pointed out that the team must bounce back by delivering three points in their next game against Southend United on Saturday.
