Brennan Johnson continues to catch the eye away from Nottingham Forest this season, with the young midfielder making his second appearance for the Wales national team last night.

It has been an excellent campaign for Johnson, who has thrived in League One and has helped Lincoln City mount a real push for promotion under Michael Appleton.

Johnson has scored eight goals in all competitions and chipped in with a number of assists, and he will undoubtedly look to be a first-team regular under Chris Hughton next season.

Last night, Johnson made his second appearance for the Wales national team, as they beat Mexico by a goal to nil at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Johnson replaced Leeds' Tyler Roberts shortly after the hour mark, and had nearly half-an-hour to impress Ryan Giggs.

Plenty of Forest fans have reacted to another excellent moment for Johnson in what has been a hugely fruitful campaign for him...
