Sheffield Wednesday are in a fantastic run of form which has seen Jos Luhukay's side rise to 6th in the Championship table and Owls supporters will be hoping they can maintain their impressive run.

Lucas Joao is one of many Wednesday players that have been in excellent for this season, and he was the match-winner at the weekend as he scored the winner away to Bristol City to see his side occupy a play-off place.

However, since Luhukay took over, there have been some players that have featured considerably less than they would have liked to.

If Sheffield Wednesday are to keep up their good start to the season, then Luhukay is unlikely to tinker with a winning side, so there are likely to be players that will be heading for the exit door at Hillsborough.

We think this two could be off...

The former Burnley midfielder has only made one start this season, as his team were defeated by Wolves in the EFL Cup.

Having played on 11 minutes of league action, Boyd will be keen to move on from Hillsborough after a disappointing spell which has only seen him find the back of the net seven times over a three-season spell. At the age of 33, he may be tempted to take a step down to League 1 in order to find regular playing time.

Jones is another player that has only made one appearance this season for Wednesday, and that was in the EFL Cup defeat to Wolves. After making 27 appearances last season, he seems to have fallen out of favour with Jos Luhukay and is now behind the likes of Joshua Onomah and Joel Pelupessy in the pecking order so he will be searching for a move elsewhere at the earliest possible opportunity.
