After a disappointing 1-1 draw away at Queens Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon, Frank Lampard's Derby County are now without a win in three Championship games.

The Rams have failed to build on a magnificent Carabao Cup win over Manchester United at Old Trafford, although they remain just outside the play-offs by one point after twelve league outings.

Despite their recent slump, Lampard has done a magnificent job in what is his first experience as a manager, and the Rams look a good bet for promotion should they recapture their early-season form.

One factor that may determine whether they finish in the automatic places, playoff places or outside of the top-seven will be if they can erase their inconsistency - the Rams are yet to win in the league after what looked to be a fantastic 3-1 home win over Brentford.

With a short international break, this now gives Lampard a chance to look back on what has been, on the whole, a terrific last couple of months, and he can also see where he needs to strengthen with the transfer window looming.

With that being said, here we take a look three players who are surely edging closer to a Pride Park exit in winter.

Anya hasn't featured for Derby this season under Lampard, and it looks increasingly likely that the Scottish international will depart in January.

The versatile 30-year old cost the Rams £4million just two years ago, and has made over 40 appearances for the club scoring just once.

Alex Pearce is another player who hasn't featured too much for Derby this season - his only appearance coming as a substitute in the Rams' opening day victory over Reading.

With his only game-time coming in the under-23s, the 29-year old we be looking move away from the club in January.
