West Brom’s winless run in the Championship was extended to seven games as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Cardiff City last night.
As a result, Slaven Bilic’s side have dropped to second in the table and their lead over third place has been cut to just two points.
Therefore, fans are growing increasingly worried and some are calling for the manager to make changes for Saturday’s game against Luton, particularly with how the fringe players are performing in the FA Cup.
And, a section of the support want keeper Jonathan Bond to be given an opportunity in the league after Sam Johnstone’s struggles last night, with the 26-year-old failing to dominate his box.
The ex-Aston Villa stopper hasn’t convinced on occasions this season, whilst Bond has recorded shutouts in his past two games, including the impressive victory at West Ham on Saturday.
QUIZ: Can you name the season in which these 14 West Brom images were taken?
Here we look at some of the comments from Twitter to the goalkeeping situation at Albion…
Bond needs a chance now, Sam Johnstone is a liability. Nowhere near enough clean sheets and too many stupid mistakes #WBA

Terrible decisions time and again from Albion and Johnstone is the one that makes them most often. Not sure what Bond has to do to get a game in the league #WBA

For a start Sawyers and Livermore need to be dropped. Slow, ponderous, arrogant. Edwards isn’t the answer, Ferguson needs to be sold now and Bond CANNOT be any worse then the clown in goal. And then the finger has to point at Slav. Just WTF is going on???#WBA

I’m sorry but I’m that free kick what is Johnstone doing , he didn’t even dive he just fell over get bond as our starting keeper , his performance against West Ham was 10x better than any performance I’ve seen from Johnstone #wba

Just to point out, Jonathan Bond has played 2 games and kept 2 clean sheets. Johnstone cant buy one at the minute. Maybe it's time to give him a chance on Saturday? #wba
