QPR were thumped 3-0 by Barnsley at Oakwell last night and many fans of the west London club appear to have run out of patience with manager Mark Warburton.

R's defender Rob Dickie was sent off inside half an hour for hauling down Cauley Woodrow in the penalty area, with the forward converting the spot-kick.

Things went from bad to worse eight minutes before the break when Connor Chaplin's low effort snuck past Seny Dieng at the near post and then Yoann Barbet's 64th-minute own goal capped off a dismal display for the visitors.

Tuesday night's game proved the perfect start for Barnsley boss Valerien Ismael, who was taking charge of the Tykes for the first time, but things are looking rather different for Warburton.

Rangers haven't won since their opening weekend victory against Nottingham Forest, a run which stretched to seven games following yesterday's result.

Their lack of goals in recent weeks is also a major concern, with Warburton's men failing to score once in the four games since the international break.
