It's been an encouraging start to the season for West Brom under new manager Slaven Bilic.

With three wins and three draws from their opening six league games of the season, the Baggies currently sit fourth in the Championship heading into the first international break of the season.

There has been more than an element of consistency about the team selections employed by Bilic during the early part of his tenure at The Hawthorns, and as a result, you feel there may be some members of the West Brom squad keen to push for more game time when the domestic action resumes in little over a week's time.

Here, we've taken a look at three players who could find themselves in that situation of pushing for more regular game time in the lead up to the trip to Fulham a week on Saturday.

Darnell Furlong

It's been something of a slow start to life at The Hawthorns for Darnell Furlong.

All three of the summer signing's league appearance for the Baggies have come in the last three games before the international break, with teenager Nathan Ferguson attracting much of the attention in Furlong's right-back position.

Having forced his way into contention recently however, you feel Furlong will be keen to push on from that when the action resumes, as he looks to nail down a place in his new side as quickly as possible.

Rekeem Harper

Despite bursting onto the scene at the back end of last season and then signing a new contract at The Hawthorns in the summer, things just haven't got going for Harper this season.

The promising midfielder has made just a single, substitute appearance in the Championship this season, and given some of the speculation about his future in the summer, he may well be wondering about the decision he made in signing that new deal over the course of the summer.

Bilic did recently admit that he intends to use Harper this season, and the 19-year-old may be hoping that opportunity comes sooner rather than later, in order to avoid slipping too far down the pecking order at the club.

Hal Robson-Kanu

Despite the departures of the likes of Jay Rodriguez, Dwight Gayle and Salomon Rondon over the summer, the opportunities for Hal Robson-Kanu have yet to really improve this season.

A combination of injury and the preference to use summer signings Kenneth Zohore and Charlie Austin upfront, means that the Welshman has made just a single league appearance so far under Bilic.

With the striker having now entered the final year of his contract, you feel that Robson-Kanu will be determined to force his way back into the side in order to prove his worth and earn himself a new deal with the club - or indeed elsewhere - beyond the end of the year.
