Wolves are reportedly weighing up a swoop for Norwich City star James Maddison, according to the Express and Star.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Carrow Road, and has been one of the most impressive attacking midfielders in the Championship this season.

Wolves are blessed with an array of attacking talent, so do they need Maddison?

What a player and what a talent.

He would add flair and quality to Wolves and could make an impact in the Premier League next season if Wolves were there.

He wouldn’t be guaranteed a game at Wolves and it might not be the best move for the player’s immediate development but it would be great for Wolves.

Chris Gallagher

There's no doubt that Maddison is a future star, but do Wolves need him?
Nuno Santo will not change from his 3-4-3 formation and he already has Ivan Cavaleiro, Diogo Jota and Helder Costa in the position Maddison would want to play.
Given that he would cost over £10m it seems a lot of money for someone who would probably be a squad player at the moment.
George Dagless
This would be a class signing.
Maddison is good enough now to probably make the step to the Premier League and try his hand. Wolves are on their way there and so if they can get him he could really excel under Nuno Santo's guidance.
