With the likes of Bradford's James Meredith and AFC Wimbledon's Tom Elliott already signing contracts at The Den, Millwall boss Neil Harris is definitely not holding back on his transfers, with the South London club trying to get all their business done before pre-season begins.
With the majority of the Premiership and the Football League having now released their retained lists, many Championship quality players have surprisingly been let go, which gives all the Championship managers a brilliant chance to capture some quality players on a free transfer.
Lloyd Isgrove, who is currently valued at £213k on transfermarkt, has just been released by Premiership club Southampton, and would be an ideal fit for Neil Harris' squad.
The 24-year-old natural winger may have failed to obtain a first team spot at the Saints but he has excelled out on-loan at Peterborough and Barnsley in the past.
Being a crucial part of the side which helped Barnsley gain promotion to the Championship two seasons ago, Isgrove hasn't been given the chance to build on his success since then due to injuries and a lack of playing time at St Mary's, which has led to his eventual release by the Saints.
That meaning Millwall would be the perfect destination for Isgrove to reignite his career, as Harris could use depth on the flanks, and Isgrove could seriously benefit from gaining some first team experience at The Den.
He may primarily work naturally at a winger, but he is also comfortable playing centrally in the midfield, as well as up front, giving Harris various options to place him in his system if he was to sign the Welshmen.
Isgrove also managed to get called-up to the Wales national team by manager Chris Coleman and obtained his first appearances, which shows his quality, due to Coleman having faith in the winger.
