Queens Park Rangers lost 2-1 to Fulham on Friday night, as Mark Warburton's side extend their winless run in the Championship to five.

Hopes were high going into the game at Craven Cottage. QPR hopeful of putting a disappointing run behind them over a Fulham side without their talisman Aleksandar Mitrovic.

But Fulham had no problems with no Mitrovic, and in stepped Aboubakar Kamara with a brace either side of half-time to cancel out Jordan Hugill's early opener for the R's.

After just three minutes QPR were in-front and it looked like Fulham would be in for a long night. Though the home side quickly grew back into the game and despite QPR having the chances double their lead, Fulham would eventually win.

Fulham bullied QPR. Every header and second-ball was met by a Fulham shirt and every time a QPR player got the ball, there'd be numbers on him straight away.

One man who struggled was Ebere Eze. The 21-year-old has been the talk of QPR this season and on Friday night he had his odd flash of magic, but he was too often dispossessed with ease by Fulham.

He's a powerful player but even the smallest in the Fulham line-up were out-battling Eze. What his game misses is a 'nasty' side. It's great seeing him dance past four or five players, scoring goals and setting up more but he was simply bullied off the pitch last time out, and needs to show a bit more ferocity in his play.

With six Championship goals for the season, Eze has already surpassed his tally from the last. He's in his fourth season at the club now but this under Warburton is his best, not only in terms of goals but on how much his overall game has improved under the former Brentford boss.

Just last week he made his full debut for the England U21 side when he started against the Netherlands, but since scoring twice from the spot in QPR's 3-2 win over Hull, Eze hasn't scored since.

As his form has begun to slow down, his confidence has seemed to go with it. He looked a world-beater in the opening stages of the season and he still shows them moments of brilliance, but he could show so much more though if he had a nasty streak in him - the physicality of the Championship too often silences him.
