Peterborough United have had an extremely busy summer in the transfer window as a major squad overhaul has gone on at the ABAX Stadium.

After a disappointing campaign, Peterborough United placed a number of first team players on the transfer list and have managed to shift quite a few of those.

As a result, Posh have had to bolster their squad in a number of departments.

The likes of Ricky Miller, Danny Lloyd, Steven Taylor, Michael Doughty and Jack Marriott have arrived at the club this summer and more are expected to follow.

Attacking midfield is possibly somewhere that needs strengthening, especially if Marcus Maddison is sold.

His goals and assists from midfield will be a big loss and they need to be replaced with one or two new players.

This could arrive in the form of West Ham United midfielder Marcus Browne.

Naturally an attacking midfielder, Browne can play centrally, as a winger or behind the striker.

The versatile youngster spent a period on loan at Wigan Athletic last season but he was perhaps not quite ready for Championship football yet.

If Peterborough could convince West Ham that League One is a more suitable destination for him at this stage of his career, they could snap up one of the most exciting young Premier League talents.

The 19-year-old has bags of pace, energy and skill and he is constantly a top performer at youth level.

To make his mark at senior level, the talented teenager needs to prove himself out on loan and a high-aiming League One club like Peterborough is a perfect destination for him.
