Sunderland earned their first win under Chris Coleman at the weekend as they got a crucial three points against Burton Albion away from home.

The men from the Stadium of Light have had a tough campaign so far but showed some positive signs at the weekend and the togetherness was there too which is obviously a good thing.

Coleman will now look to address the club's home form with them hosting Reading at the weekend but it appears as though Coleman is going to have to address the potential loss of Lewis Grabban as well.

Indeed, according to TeamTalk he could be recalled and then sold by Bournemouth in January with Sunderland unable to probably stump up the money.

We've been thinking, then, about potential replacements, then, and this is who we thought of...

Jack Marriott

Marriott is working his way up the leagues at a fine rate with him scoring goals for Luton Town and now finding the net for Peterborough in League One.

He has eleven goals and two assists so far this season and is a very sharp shooter with him possessing a better shots on target percentage than the handful of players with more goals than him.

He'd be the kind of hungry, upwardly mobile player that could boost Sunderland nicely.

Devante Cole

Another hungry young player is Cole with his pacy style yielding eight goals and two assists so far for him and Fleetwood in League One.

He is perhaps not the finished article just yet but he's got bags of potential and Chris Coleman would surely love to work with such a player.

Coleman is brilliant with youth and would surely get Cole towards his final potential.

Kieffer Moore

Moore is currently on loan at Rotherham from Ipswich Town and is showing exactly the kind of player he can be.

He is a bit older than the likes of Cole and that makes him perhaps a lower-risk option to go after. He has the talent to score goals if given the chance and Sunderland might be able to get him if they can work something with Rotherham and Ipswich.

The 25-year-old is League One's top scorer with 13 goals.
