QPR were left reeling once again after a defensive mishap meant they gave away a lead against Middlesbrough and ended up drawing the game 2-2.

Britt Assombalonga put Boro ahead but Nakhi Wells' equaliser and a Jonny Howson own goal meant Mark Warburton's side had gone in 2-1 up at half-time.

The R's couldn't hold onto that lead and their defensive problems reappeared as Ryan Manning blindly passed the ball back to the goalkeeper only for Assombalonga to intercept and expertly fire home.

This means that QPR are still without a clean sheet in the current campaign, which is now 16 games old, and for all their attacking threat they're failing to do the basics in defending.

QPR are now four games without a win and have conceded nine goals in that run, something they must improve if they want to challenge in the top half of the table.
