Despite having fallen to a shock defeat to QPR midweek, Marcelo Bielsa's backroom staff rolled swiftly into action just hours after the defeat.

The coaches were seen in the Loftus Road stands analysing the loss to QPR and also casting an eye over their next opponents West Brom as captured by a fan on Twitter.

So what does this swift action say about Bielsa's backroom staff?

We discuss.....

Alfie Burns

“It maybe showed just how disappointed everyone was with the QPR game.

“To be doing your analysis in the stands is something I’ve not seen before, although there was a short turnaround to Friday.

“Nevertheless, it was a great show of the dedication Bielsa’s staff have.”

Louie Chandler

"It is not surprising.

"Yes, Leeds are under pressure at the moment but there is no chance whatsoever that Bielsa and his staff are about to change their approach.

"It has worked so often for them this season so why shouldn't it work again?"

Jacob Potter

"This is remarkable to see.

"It just shows how well-drilled Marcelo Bielsa has got his staff this season.

"Leeds are going to need to be focused from minute one against West Brom and it’s good to see them putting in the hard work as early as possible ahead of such a crucial game."

Gary Hutchinson

“It’s hardly a surprise is it?

“As soon as the whistle blows on one game, the focus has to be the next.

“That is surely basic, isn’t it?”

Jay Taylor

“Pretty much standard, isn’t it?

“Once full-time is called for in one game focus immediately turns to the next.

“I am sure they will have one or two in the analytics team to work on a post-match analysis of the defeat to QPR, but the main focus is to prepare for West Brom.”
