‘This is only going one way’ – Norwich City v Middlesbrough: The verdict

Published

on

Tony Pulis will be hoping his side can keep pace with leaders Leeds United when his Boro side travel to Carrow Road to play Norwich City in the Championship.

Middlesbrough currently sit second in the table, while Daniel Farke will be hoping his Norwich side can pick up only their second win of the season.

Here our team give their score predictions.

We discuss…..

Alfie Burns

Boro look so organised under Tony Pulis. They don’t even look like conceding a goal, let alone losing a game.

On the flip side of that, Norwich look like a side in trouble.

This is only going one way.

0-2.

Jay Taylor

All signs point to another Middlesbrough win. They are unbeaten in second place in the division while Norwich languish in 17th.

One win all season for the Canaries is a poor start considering the talent in their side.

Painting their away dressing room pink has not helped, either – and they will have the blues when the final whistle goes on the weekend.

Boro to rack up another win 2-0.

Gary Hutchinson

It looks to be a banker, Norwich manager Daniel Farke is, rightly, on borrowed time and Boro are rampant.

I think this one will go to form. Pulis has got some real class in his side and whilst Norwich have a goal in them, they’ve woeful at the back.

It’s down to the manager too, he could solidify them by playing players in the correct positions.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gone before the end of the month.

Chris Gallagher

The Canaries have looked weak defensively this season and I think this could be a Tony Pulis masterclass.

Boro have enough to nick a goal and then they will sit deep, allow Norwich to keep the ball but will barely give up a chance.
