It finally looks like everything is going to come together for Leeds United and they will be playing in the Premier League for the first time in 15 years next season.

Marcelo Bielsa has got them playing some stunning football and last Friday night's 2-0 dismantling of fellow promotion hopefuls Derby County was a much-needed performance.

It moved them four points clear at the top of the Championship table with Norwich City dropping points against West Brom and would do well to mess up promotion from here.

Youngster Jack Clarke was outstanding against the Rams and he has been subject to some intense transfer speculation in recent weeks with Premier League clubs beginning to sniff around the exciting talent.

But the Whites have reportedly informed all interested parties that the winger is not for sale under any circumstances this January, no doubt giving a boost to their concerned fan base.

But how big a boost is it to their promotion hopes?

We discuss...

Jacob Potter

"This latest update will be a huge boost for Leeds supporters.

"Clarke has been impressive in the game time he has had this season, and he can play a starring role in firing Leeds into the Premier League.

"They must do everything they can to hold onto him, as we're yet to see an official bid for him made yet, and that could tempt him if Leeds don't offer him a new deal in the near future."

Chris Gallagher

"They simply can't sell him.

"Given that, this stance should please fans but the reality is it shouldn't even be up for discussion.

"He is an important player to the team and could be a star in the future - Leeds need to be building the side around him in the next few years."

George Harbey

"This is massive news for Leeds United.

"Clarke has been incredible this season, and the fact that they’re looking to keep hold of him indicates at a new lease of life at the club.

"They have been too lenient when it comes to selling youngsters in the past - the likes of Lewis Cook, Ronaldo Vieira and Charlie Taylor have all left Leeds on the cheap."
