Norwich City continue to impress in the Championship under manager Daniel Farke, with the Canaries sitting in fourth place just two points off leaders Sheffield United, with a trip to Sheffield Wednesday next up this weekend.

Norwich's fine form has come despite the loss of Finland international Teemu Pukki, whose fine start to the season was brought to a halt by a hamstring injury, picked up during the early stages of Finland’s 2-0 victory over Greece in the Uefa Nations League.

The 28-year-old missed out of City’s three wins over Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa and Brentford since the international break, having scored nine goals in 17 games for club and country so far this season.

Farke has confirmed that Pukki is edging closer to fitness and could even get some game-time for the Canaries tonight v Bournemouth.

So as Pukki edges closer to fitness, how good is this news for Norwich?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

The return of Pukki is a huge boost.

Norwich have been in excellent form without their star man, so that speaks volumes about the strength of the current playing squad.

If Pukki is to partner Jordan Rhodes up front, then we could have the most lethal striking partnership in the Championship this season.

George Dagless

It's a big boost for Norwich.

Pukki has proven a fine signing this season and having him back in the fold will only boost Norwich's campaign further.

Louie Chandler

Obviously, it is good news.

But with Rhodes playing well it is no guarantee the Fin will come straight back into the side.

That healthy competition will only be a good thing for the club.

George Harbey

This is great for Farke's side.

Not only does Pukki score goals, but he provides them too, and he could be a fantastic strike partner for Jordan Rhodes.

Norwich are in magnificent form and this is even greater news for them.
