Swindon Town loanee Jerry Yates has been recalled by his parent club Rotherham.

This leaves the Robins with just one recognised striker as the attempt to get promotion to League One suffers another massive blow.

Having already seen striker Eoin Doyle return to Bradford, Yates has followed in similar fashion and now the squad looks as though it lacks any potency in front of goal.

Yates made 27 appearances during his time at the County Ground, and became a fans favourite as he managed to net 12 times which kept the Robins on track to have a successful season.

Now, Swindon have to go about their business without the excellent left-winger and try and find another source for goals in their squad. The transfer window is still open for any future business.
