Leeds United are set to make a pre-season trip to Myanmar, despite the UK government recommending that the country should be avoided unless it is for "essential" travel.
Football journalist Adam Pope has revealed that the decision is motivated by Andrea Radrizzani seeing Myanmar - formerly known as Burma - as a "market of interest" due to their large population and the fact that the president of Myanmar's football governing body has a strong interest in Premier League football.
While the Leeds executives are seeing this as a chance to grow interest in the club and gain a bit of money from their pre-season trip, the fans were not in agreement.
Many fans took to Twitter to remind the club that Myanmar has recently been in the news for ethnic cleansing, not to mention the risks of terrorism, corruptness and disease.
Here are some replies from Leeds fans after Adam Pope explained why the club has decided to visit Myanmar.
