Loads of Southend United fans have reacted to Sol Campbell's post-match comments after The Shrimpers were hammered by Peterborough United on Tuesday night.

A flurry of second half goals saw the Essex side condemned to a 4-0 defeat at London Road after fielding a side with plenty of Under-23 players present.

It was a result which leaves Campbell and his side 13 points from safety in the third tier having now conceded 76 goals in total, leaving the Arsenal legend frustrated.

Following the final whistle he bemoaned the club's lack of action during the January transfer window, laying the blame squarely at the door of the club's board.

A grand total of zero signings were made during the winter window which, given the club's predicament, is a pretty brave decision to say the least.

But Campbell's comments were just the latest in a long line of frustrations the fans have had with the club's hierarchy and specifically chairman Ron Martin.
