Leeds United fans will be reeling after an Easter weekend that saw back-to-back defeats for Marcelo Bielsa's side, to all but end their automatic promotion chances and heap the pressure on Bielsa and his club, faced with the potential lottery of the Championship play-offs.

Whites fans will have been further concerned by the comments of former striker Noel Whelan, who has suggested to Football Insider that both Bielsa and owner Andrea Radrizzani could be off in the summer, should Leeds fail to gain promotion to the Premier League.

So should Leeds fans be concerned by Whelan's comments?

We discuss........

Toby Wilding

"This has to be a concern.

"Bielsa has seen his stock rise in England immensely this season, and will surely have attracted admiring glances from the top tier this season, while Radrizzani will surely want to experience that level sooner rather than later.

"Given their influence at the club, this would be a huge blow both on and off the pitch."

Gary Hutchinson

“Not at all.

“Noel Whelan is a great pundit, but why should his comments worry anyone?

“I could say the same, would it have the same effect?

“The only three people saying those words and have them carry any weight are Radz, Bielsa and maybe Phil Hay.

“Other than that, it’s speculation.”

Louie Chandler

"Maybe not from Whelan's comments specifically but the thought is a scary one.

"The last thing Leeds need this summer is major upheaval and both Bielsa and Radrizanni leaving would significantly disrupt the team.

"But then I do not believe Whelan knows this scenario to be a fact so it shouldn't be too much of a concern."
