Premier League side Crystal Palace are reportedly set to battle West Ham United in the quest to land Blackburn Rovers talisman, Bradley Dack.

Reports from The Sun suggest that Roy Hodgson's Eagles are set to bid around £20m for the 24-year-old playmaker who has scored 11 goals and assisted six for Rovers this term.

Here, we discuss whether Dack would be a good signing for Palace...

George Harbey

It's £20m well spent if they get him.

Dack has been simply phenomenal for Blackburn over the last couple of years - to contribute to 17 goals from midfield shows just how important he is to Tony Mowbray's men.

It wasn't long ago that Spurs were supposedly after him and he could be a perfect addition to a glowing Palace attack.

Jacob Potter

He would be an excellent addition to the Palace side.

His creativity down the middle would be the missing piece in the jigsaw for the Eagles.

An attacking trio of Andros Townsend, Bradley Dack and Wilfried Zaha is a frightening prospect.

Alfie Burns

Dack continues to excel in the Championship and a move to the Premier League will materialise in time.

However, for me, this fee seems a lot for a player who was in League One last season.

He's stepped up for Blackburn in the Championship, but if you're spending £20m on a Championship player, he needs to have been doing it at that level for 12 months.
