Nottingham Forest manager Mark Warburton will finally be a relieved man after his side secured their Championship safety by the skin of their teeth on Sunday afternoon.

But next season could be different for the Reds if they can keep hold of their incredible talent such as Britt Assombalonga and Ben Brereton, as well as adding some new faces to the squad.

Forest already have a number of talented players in their attacking arsenal with the likes of Assombalonga, Brereton, Vellios and Ward, but one player that could improve the quality of it even further is the £1.28 million rated Leicester City forward Tom Lawrence.

Lawrence, who has spent this season on loan with Ipswich Town, was the club's top scorer with 11 goals as well as nine assists.

The Leicester City attacker is a dangerous player with his menacing runs and his exceptional goal-scoring ability that has arguably kept Ipswich in the Championship this season.

Warburton likes to play three in the attack and the thought of Lawrence, Assombalonga and Brereton leading the line next season with Ward and Vellios also in the fray is a mouth-watering prospect.

Nottingham Forest fans... Is Lawrence the sort of player that Forest need for next season? Would you be happy with the signing? What else do Forest need this summer? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
