It's safe to say that it's not been the ideal 2020 for Hull City, with Grant McCann's side struggling to stay afloat in the Championship.

The Tigers opted to cash-in on the influential pair of Jarrod Bowen and Kamil Grosicki in the January transfer window, which has led to their season spiralling out of control.

Hull were previously in contention to challenge for a top-six finish this term, but a dismal run of recent results has seen them slip to 21st in the second-tier standings with nine games remaining.

McCann's side are just two points clear of the relegation zone, and the club's supporters will be hoping their side can get back to winning ways at the earliest of opportunities.

Due to recent events, there aren't due to be any fixtures in the EFL until 3rd April at the earliest, and Hull took to Twitter to express their eagerness at getting back to action.

Plenty of Hull City fans took to social media to react to this update from the club's Twitter page.
