Aston Villa head into tonight's clash with Nottingham Forest, looking to make it four wins in a row in the Championship, as Dean Smith's side look to continue their climb up the table with the play-off spots in their sights.

Villa though will have to do without the injured duo of Albert Adomah and Henri Lansbury who are both nursing injuries.

But is the loss of Adomah and Lansbury a blow for Villa?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

Having no Albert Adomah is more of a blow than the loss of Henri Lansbury.

The latter has been less involved than he would have liked under Dean Smith thus far and his injury doesn’t make a difference, in all honesty.

Adomah is more influential and has been involved a hell of a lot more so his absence will certainly bee felt more.

But with Yannick Bolasie ready and willing to deputise, there is indeed strength in depth across that midfield area for Aston Villa.

Gary Hutchinson

Lansbury, not so much. He’s not been crucial and whilst it’ nice to see him around the side at the moment, they won’t miss him.

Adomah, yes.

I like him a lot, he shows great character as well as being a threat with the ball.

They’ll miss him.

Louie Chandler

Adomah, definitely.

Lansbury has had next to no impact this season so will not be missed but Adomah has been quietly brilliant so far this season.

But with the likes of Yannick Bolaise waiting in the wings, it will not be much of an issue.

George Harbey

I wouldn’t say it’s a blow to be fair.

Lansbury hasn’t really featured a lot in recent weeks for Villa, and Yannick Bolasie is a more than adequate replacement for Adomah on the wing.

Of course, it’s injuries that Villa don’t need, but they can cope with this.
