Sheffield United are enjoying a sensational season as they sit in second place in the Sky Bet Championship table.

There have been a number of standout stars this season for the Blades, but one that has caught the attention of an array of Premier League sides is that of David Brooks.

The young attacker has scored some pivotal goals and at the age of just 20, he looks set to have an incredibly bright future.

With Liverpool and Spurs reportedly in a £20 million chase to sign him, we ask the question, should Sheffield United accept a bid of £20m if it came in for Brooks?

We take a look....

Alfie Burns

Controversial, but absolutely, I’d bite their hands off if £20m was offered.

Brooks is excellent, and clearly has a big future, but you cannot predict what the future holds and Sheffield United should cash in for a fee like the reported.

£20m to any Championship club is a lot, and the Blades would be mad to reject any fee in that region.

Adam Simeoni

They'd be stupid to turn down that kind of money.

£20 million for a Championship player that is only just beginning to play first team football?

The world has gone mad. Wilder should accept with no questions asked, and bolster his squad ready for a promotion push in the second half of the season?

Chris Gallagher

Of course they shouldn't!

I'm not saying he's worth more than that, but what's the point? The Blades can go up and they're much more likely to go up with Brooks in the team than £20m in the bank.

Suitable replacements won't be around in January and the offers won't be gone by the summer.

Selling him in the next window would be a ridiculous move and it won't happen.

George Dagless

Hard to call.

That's big money for a young kid in the Championship but he could be worth even more in a few years.

I think the Blades would be more open if they could loan him back for a year or two but I think, in the end, you'd have to accept that kind of offer.
