Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa will be working hard preparing his side for another season in the Championship, this time, to hopefully seal automatic promotion.

The loan market is expected to be an avenue that Bielsa looks to exploit, with Wolves winger Helder Costa a potential target, according to the YEP.

The Portuguese winger was not a consistent figure in Nuno Santo's first-team in the Premier League, and it's looking likely that he could be moved out on loan ahead of the new season.

But how should Leeds fans be feeling with Costa on the transfer radar?

We discuss........

Louie Chandler

"They should be cautiously excited.

"Costa is an exciting, unpredictable winger who is capable of winning a match on his own - something Leeds badly lacked last season.

"But, Bielsa's history with loan deals is far from great so they should reserve a bit of caution for now."

George Dagless

"Relatively excited.

"Costa might have gone a bit quiet for Wolves but he still has class and in the Championship he could still tear it up.

"I think it's one that's worth being open to."

Kealan Hughes

“They should be delighted.

“Costa was fantastic and one of the key reasons why Wolves won the league in 2018. He often played well in the Premier League last season too.

“He will provide Leeds that pace and dynamism they lacked last season. He can run at defences or in behind, so offers a variety of options which will add something new.”
