QPR need to get themselves on a run of form sooner rather than later with them getting closer and closer to the relegation battle.

Earlier this season it looked as though the Rs would be able to rely on their home form to keep them away from any great danger whilst their away form prevented them from a top six battle.

Now, though, their home form has plummeted and it is clear that they need to address things quickly before they fall further down the table.

Ian Holloway, then, will be doing his best to try and get the club some new players in the final week of the window but we also think some players need to ask for a loan move away.

Indeed, that'll free up space in the squad and get these fringe players playing so, with that in mind, here are two that need to ask for a move away...

Ariel Borysiuk

Borysiuk evidently isn't good enough for the Rs at the moment and he should be looking for a move away on loan at the very least.

He's already spent time away from the club on a temporary basis and another six month deal might be what he needs to find some confidence and minutes.

Whether or not someone is willing to take a punt on him, though, remains to be seen.

Ilias Chair

The diminutive forward is a bright spark but doesn't really get to feature for the Rs that much.

He should be up for a loan move away, then, and there should be a fair amount of clubs ready to take a punt on him because he does have talent.

Whether or not such a spell earns him a place in the first team for QPR is up for debate, but it seems the best course of action at the moment.
