Millwall will be in the market for recruits in the new year as they look to move away from the Championship relegation zone.
In an interview with NewsAtDen, the Lions boss updated supporters on his plans for the January transfer window after a spate of injuries in recent weeks and a failure to kick on this season after last year’s eighth-place finish.
Back in October, Neil Harris admitted he didn’t expect any permanent incomings or outgoings but acknowledged the statement made and said it was “early days.”
And it was early days indeed, as Tom Bradshaw has since been ruled out for the season.
Shaun Williams, meanwhile, is out for an extended period with ankle ligament damage.
Injuries will need to be covered as well as looking to improve in areas that Harris deems to require strengthening.
For new players to come in, there will almost certainly need to be departures to facilitate the potential incomings.
With that said, these are the Millwall players that need to leave for Harris to secure some new year additions.
