Derby County will be looking to make it six games unbeaten when they travel to take on Charlton this afternoon in what is sure to be a tough game.

Whilst injuries, as well as good form, means that many of Phillip Cocu's XI picks itself, some positions are less secure. And, it's nor clear whether winger Florian Jozefzoon will start.

The former Brentford man has struggled to establish himself as a regular since arriving from the Bees and hasn't convinced when he has been out on the pitch.

However, he is clearly impressing his teammates, after Jayden Bogle, Kieran Dowell, Curtis Davies and Martyn Waghorn all mentioned him as the most skilful player at the club in a recent discussion with Rams TV.

All four answered the wide man almost instantly and you can understand why, as he does have great technical ability and can often beat his man with relative ease, as he is capable of going inside and outside with both feet whilst he has good pace.

Despite that, Jozefzoon has recorded just one assist from eight games so far this season.

The verdict

It's always interesting to see what the players have to say about their teammates as it gives you an insight that fans won't have as they see everyone every day.

And, Jozefzoon is clearly someone who impresses with his ability on the ball and that's not too much of a surprise.

Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to transfer that to the pitch on a regular basis but it shows the talent is there and it's now down to Cocu and the player to try and find a consistency moving forward.
