Bradford City were desperately unlucky not to achieve promotion to the Championship this year, as a late Steve Morison goal saw them sink at the hands of Millwall in the play-off final at Wembley.

Manager Stuart McCall is now faced with the unenviable task of picking his players up and dusting them down ready to kick off next seasons promotion push.

This former Premier League club certainly appear to be on their way back up and will be desperate to be back mixing it with the big boys of England before too long.

Top six will undoubtedly be the aim for the Bantams next season, as they are set to embark on yet another League One campaign.

This article is going to take a look at THREE potential new signings that Stuart McCall should make in the next weeks to ensure a top six spot....

Reece Wabara

Talented Full Back Reece Wabara finds himself without a club after being released by Bolton Wanderers, a club who secured automatic promotion from League One.

The 25-year-old would be a very good addition for most of the League One clubs and could very well find himself on Stuart McCall's radar this month, as he looks to bring some added quality into his squad.

Wabara excelled in this divison just a couple of seasons ago when playing for Wigan Athletic, so much so that he was actually named in the PFA Team of the Year.

Wabara has clear pedigree at this level and could prove to be a real astute signing.

Matt Done

After being put on the transfer list by League One champions Sheffield United, there is bound to be plenty of lower league interest in forward Matt Done and it would be no surprise if former Sheffield United player McCall wasn't sniffing around looking to pluck him away from his former club.

Done is a very accomplished lower league player and has represented the likes of Rochdale, Wrexham and Barnsley.

He also had a brief loan spell up in Scotland with Hibernian.

The 28-year-old would bring bags and bags of experience to the Bantams' forward line, and could turn out to be a very useful addition the squad should McCall look to bring him to the club.

Jordan Maguire-Drew - LOAN

This young 19-year-old Brighton & Hove Albion player is coming off the back of a very successful season in the National League, after spending the entire campaign on loan with Dagenham & Redbridge, where he has certainly caught the eye.

Maguire-Drew made a total of 46 appearances throughout his time with The Daggers and netted a remarkable 15 goals from his wide right position.

It is clear that the wide-man is ready for a step up in class, and Bradford could very well benefit from his youthful outlook on the game next season, as they look to mount another promotion push.

No doubt Brighton, his parent club, will be keen to ship the youngman out on loan again next season to aid his development, so it remains to be seen where this talented youngster will be plying his trade next season.
