QPR have had a decent couple of weeks under Ian Holloway in the Championship and back-to-back wins have staved off the fears of relegation for the meanwhile.

But generally, it's been a tough old season for the Hoops and with things not having gone their way under both Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Holloway at times, staying in the division is probably going to be a priority come the end of the campaign.

And with a tough run of games on the horizon with Preston, Cardiff and Leeds all waiting in the wings, things aren't going to get any easier for the Londoners, who might have hoped for better on the pitch this campaign.

And judging the mood on social media is always something that helps gauge public opinion and as always, there have been plenty of QPR fans speaking their minds on Twitter.

So with that in mind, here's 3 QPR fan tweets that literally sum up the mood around Loftus Road at the moment...

Same old story?

Especially in recent seasons, QPR have never been renowned for hitting the back of the net time-and-time again but fan pleas to former strikers is always a sign that they're not too impressive with what they're seeing on the pitch.

Matt Smith has come in from Fulham whilst Idrissa Sylla is also in the ranks but so far, they've not quite bagged enough goals going forward.

Getting the players fit was a priority

It seems that getting the QPR players fit when he first joined the club was one of Ian Holloway's priority when he linked up at Loftus Road.

QPR comfortably beat Birmingham last weekend and looked good against Wigan on Tuesday night and the increased levels of fitness are obvious and it's certainly helping on the pitch.

Holloway is the man for the job

It doesn't take a footballing genius to work out that QPR probably weren't going to be title contenders at the start of the season but the poor run of form we saw under JFH was seriously concerning at times.

But Holloway seems to have injected new life and passion into the club and for the players, they've been given a new lease of life to go forward and play without fear.
