It's a period of heavy change for Leeds this summer as they hope to free themselves from midtable obscurity.

After sacking their umpteenth manager in umpteen years (Steve Evans), the ambitious Gary Monk has been set in place and backed heavily as owner Massimo Cellino seems to have had enough of constant criticism.

After signing six players already this summer, an overhaul is clearly taking place as Leeds hope to (FINALLY) make it back to England's top tier after a spectacular fall that will continue to go down in history.

As we constantly look to the players coming in, perhaps it's time to look at those who could be sent packing by Monk this summer - and after several unexciting finishes by the Whites over the last few years, there are likely to be many.

Here are three Leeds players who will SURELY be sold this summer as the revolution continues:

Charlie Taylor

Taylor is currently in a bit of a pickle with Leeds at the moment with both sides refusing to give way in their dispute.

His contract has a year to run after winning player of the season last year and the 22-year-old has rebuffed an offer to sign any further deal at Elland Road, leaving the club in a sticky situation.

But instead of cashing in on him, Cellino is adamant that Taylor WILL stay at Leeds this summer, and will have to leave the club on a free next year, despite the likes of Liverpool sniffing around.

It remains to be seen what will actually happen, but you'd imagine the sensible thing to do would be to make some money while they can.

Marco Silvestri

Despite being pretty fantastic in his first couple of months at Leeds, it would appear that Marco Silvestri's time in Yorkshire is over after signing for the club two years ago.

With Rob Green incoming, it would seem that one of Silvestri and Ross Turnbull will be casualties, and with Silvestri reportedly training with the kids, it's fairly obvious to say who's going.

Unfortunately for the 25-year-old, it just hasn't worked out at Leeds, and he'll probably be one to watch for the future elsewhere.

Souleymane Doukara

The 24-year-old pulled a Suarez last year and was handed an eight game ban for biting another player, missing eight of Leeds' last nine games of the season.

This incident and Leeds' deals in the transfer window this summer could spell the end of his Elland Road career, having only scored eight times in two seasons in England.

He's naturally a striker, but with Wood occupying that role this season he was then used on the right, but with Antonsson and Roofe coming in this summer, there's little room for him next year.
