It's been a disappointing season for QPR so far with the club already on their second manager after Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's sacking in November.

Former manager Ian Holloway - who helped the club to promotion in 2004 - took his old job back and, after initially enduring a tough period, has QPR back on track.

After losing 6 on the trot, they have picked up 2 wins on the bounce and fans will hope they have turned a corner.

Their top scorer is Guinea striker Idrissa Sylla, who has 6 goals, and that emphasises the goalscoring problem QPR have.

The performances of Polish winger Pawel Wszolek have also caught the eye and his winner against Ipswich on Monday helped them climb further away from the bottom 3.

The current transfer window is essential for Rangers if they are to move to safety in the table with the defence needing strengthening and also some creativity in midfield is needed plus strikers.

In order to free up some wages, though, they might have to sell or loan out some fringe players.

Here are 2 players though that Holloway should send out on loan.

Jack Robinson

When he was signed from Liverpool in 2014, Jack Robinson struggled to break into the first team.

Whilst on loan at Huddersfield, he gained some experience but picked up a devastating injury keeping him out for a year.

He made his return for the development squads throughout November and December but is unlikely to challenge for the first team due to a lack of match fitness.

He could do with a prolonged run of games to help pick up match fitness for next season.

Olamide Shodipo

Shodipo is a talented product of the QPR academy and the Ireland youngster has already made a number of appearances for the QPR first team at the age of 19.

The winger can also play up front but is not quite ready for the first team yet even if QPR are struggling for goals.

He would benefit from some experience in the lower leagues where he can build on his Republic of Ireland under-21 appearances.
