QPR have had a tough old Championship campaign and with Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink now gone from the Loftus Park helm, a new man is needed to take the club forward.

As of today, Ian Holloway is the bookies favourite to land the position in London but whoever gets the role, they have a serious job on their hands.

Queens Park Rangers have arguably been one of the most inconsistent sides in the division, losing games they really should be winning.

But wins against Fulham and Bristol City show that they do have quality in their ranks, even if it's been a little elusive at times this campaign.

And with a new manager coming into the side, the scrap for places is set to intensify.

But there are a handful of fringe players on the books at Loftus Road that we think won't be getting into the new manager's squad.

So with that in mind, here's TWO QPR fringe players that need to be offloaded very soon...

Abdenasser El Khayati

El Khayati

Former Burton man Abdenasser El Khayati is struggling to get in this QPR side and we're predicting that to continue, even when the new manager is revealed.

Idrissa Sylla is very much the main man at Loftus Road these days and alongside him is Conor Washington, who very much provides the pace in the Hoops' forward line.

El Khayati is yet to score in eight appearances this season and it's tough to see him forcing his way back into the side any time soon.

A move away from the club may be best for both player and club.

Ben Gladwin

Another man on the fringes of this current QPR crop is Ben Gladwin, who just isn't getting enough match-time this season.

He's made just five appearances for the Hoops this season in what has been a competitive rush for places, especially in midfield.

QPR have the likes of Karl Henry, Pawel Wszolek, Olamide Shodipo very much in the first-team picture in the middle-of-the-park, which has made it tough on the former Swindon man.

But sadly, we think he's a player that would just be best off leaving, for the sake of his future career.
