Barnsley were held to a 0-0 draw away at Blackpool in the FA Cup Third Round.

As a result, they must now host the Tangerines in the FA Cup Third Round replay at Oakwell on Tuesday evening.

A 2-0 loss away at Fulham compounded a bad week for the Tykes, as star striker Sam Winnall departed whilst high profile players James Bree, Marley Watkins and Conor Hourihane have all been linked with an exit.

Therefore, they will be targeting the FA Cup replay as a must win game to get them back on track and help their league form.

League Two play-off hopefuls Blackpool lie in wait and they turned in an impressive display against Barnsley in the first match.

With an important clash against Leeds at Oakwell this Saturday, Barnsley may rest a few players and give others a chance to shine on Tuesday.

Here are 2 that need to be given a start.

Adam Armstrong

Adam Armstrong committed himself to Barnsley for the rest of the season as Newcastle sanctioned a loan extension for the teenage sensation.

The England youth international uses his pace to make clever runs and he has a real eye for goal.

After Winnall's departure, Armstrong needs to show that he can fill the void left up top.

Ryan Kent

Ryan Kent seems to be an all or nothing player.

He has the potential to win games on his own with his blistering pace, agility, skill and service.

However, he is just as likely to have a quiet game so he needs to show that he is more consistent.

I can imagine that League Two full backs won't be able to handle the Liverpool loanee.
