Leeds United will surely be looking to sign a lot of players in the summer as they aim to build on this campaign.

When we say build, of course, we don't mean on a year where there's been plenty good going on but, in fact, building on a year where, really, things couldn't be in much worse shape right now.

At least, then, the only way is up and it will be interesting to see who Paul Heckingbottom looks to sign in the summer window as he aims to shape the side.

It looks as though Ashley Fletcher has been linked with the club but who else could come in during the summer as Hecky aims to bolster his team.

Here are two...

Oli McBurnie is a player that fans will be aware of Hecky liking after he signed him for Barnsley just before he arrived at Elland Road.

He's looked sharp at times for the Tykes and with Swansea perhaps not that bothered about keeping him, there's a good chance he could move again in the summer.

Leeds could be his destination.

Yiadom has been linked with Leeds for this summer, too, and if the Tykes go down any lingering hope they had of him staying past this year will surely have gone.

Luke Ayling would surely be starting ahead of him at right back but if Yiadom is happy to go over to the left he could certainly do a job there.

Let's see if Hecky goes after him in earnest.
