Things have gone catastrophically downhill for Norwich City since they hit the summit of the Championship back in the middle of October.
A victory over Rotherham saw them leapfrog Huddersfield Town to take the top spot but they have not won a single game since then.
Five league games without a win, including 4 consecutive losses in their last 4 games means that Norwich have plummeted to sixth place in the table despite being top just over a month ago.
This was only worsened by their EFL Cup exit and Alex Neil's job is suddenly under a lot of pressure.
The Canaries already find themselves eight points behind the automatic spots.
Alex Neil seems to use a quite tight-knit group of players at Norwich and that means some peripheral players are not getting much game time,
Some of these fringe players might benefit from a loan deal and here are two that should ask Neil for a loan move.
Josh Murphy
Flair player Josh Murphy was a big part of Norwich's early season plans with him and twin brother Jacob finally started to make a mark on the first team.
The 21-year-old has only played one game since the 15th October though and should leave on loan to get a bit more game time and further his career.
The former Milton Keynes loanee is a goalscoring winger with 5 goals in 2 games in the EFL Trophy so he definitely has the talent to cut it at this level.
Carlton Morris
Carlton Morris is in impressive goalscoring form for the young Canaries with six goals in the under-23 side as well as one in the EFL Trophy.
The former England under-19 striker is a good finisher but is also physical and hard to beat in the air so a League One club could really benefit from his services.
The 20-year-old had a successful spell for Hamilton last term, netting 8 times in the SPL, and he needs regular game time to stake a future claim for first team football.
Norwich fans - do you agree with this? Do these 2 need to go out on loan or does Neil need to start using them? Who else would you loan out? Let us know in the comments below...
