After a blistering start to the season, Norwich were top of the table but they have since tailed off and are now fifth, quite disappointing considering the strength of their squad.

After their slump in form, it emerged that the Norwich board were in the process of drawing up a list of replacements for Neil, in a bid to rekindle their early season form.

Norwich have some top quality players at their disposal, but so far this season they have failed to pull together as a team, which could lead to other teams trying to pick off their players in January.

The Canaries managed to keep hold of most of their players following their relegation from the Premier League, so they are in a good position to go straight back up, providing they can keep hold of them.

Given Norwich's recent slump in form, some of their players could seek a move away in a bid to improve their careers.

Here, FLW's Chris Wilson will look at TWO players who need to leave Norwich to fulfil their potential.....

Robbie Brady

Brady joined Norwich in 2015 following Hull's relegation to the Championship and he was a key player for The Canaries last season, but ultimately, he couldn't help them stave off relegation.

Brady provides Norwich with a vast amount of quality out wide which is key when providing strikers with chances.

He also provides The Canaries with great delivery from set-pieces, whether it is whipping a ball into the box, or shooting from a free kick, Brady can do it all.

The Irish international should leave Norwich to fulfil his full potential because he is currently a shining light in what is an average Norwich team, so leaving for a better team would enable him to play with better players, therefore he should vastly improve.

Jonny Howson

Jonny Howsond

Howson has been at Norwich since 2012 and has established himself as a key figure at the club, as well as a fan favourite.

Howson provides Norwich with great quality in the middle and he has an eye for a goal or the killer pass, which makes him one of the best centre midfielders in the league.

Howson is a also a motivator in the midfield and he is someone who can pull you through a game when you're winning.

The midfielder should seek a move away from Carrow Road to continue his good form in a better team, which should make him play even better and bring the best out of him.
