This year it was Derby County who suffered the most heartbreaking defeat of the Championship season as they lost 2-1 to Aston Villa in the play-off final.

After a stunning win against Leeds United they appeared to have the wind in their sails but it all quickly unravelled under the Wembley arch.

Now, they are at the mercy of the transfer window with Jayden Bogle in particular sure to be attracting interest from plenty of clubs.

And the Sun journalist Alan Nixon revealed that Premier League sides Brighton and Burnley were interested in securing the 18-year-old's services this summer.

So, should the Rams cash in on him?

George Harbey

"I don’t think they should look to cash in this summer.

"Bogle is an incredibly talented young player, and in a couple of years time, he could be worth a lot more than what he currently is worth now.

"I think there would be uproar if they sold him this summer, especially to either Burnley or Brighton who are both relegation contenders in the Premier League."

Jacob Potter

"They need to do everything they can to hold onto him.

"Bogle has really impressed me this season, and he'll be crucial to any chance Derby have of winning promotion to the Premier League in next year's campaign.

"He's a player with a bright future ahead of him, and Derby would be making a huge mistake if they were to sell him in the summer."

Louie Chandler

"They should definitely try to hold onto him.

"Derby are likely to lose all of their loan stars this summer so they should not even be considering cashing in on someone they actually own.

"But I doubt Bogle will be in a hurry to leave given his age so it should not be too much of a problem."
