Wolves have announced on their official Twitter page that the club’s allocation of tickets for their Carabao Cup tie at Manchester City is a complete sell-out.
The news will delight the hoards of travelling fans from the Black Country, with the atmosphere in the away end at the Etihad Stadium set to be electric.
Wolves have enjoyed an excellent start to the season, and lie in second place in the Championship table following the opening eleven rounds of fixtures.
Their opponents however have enjoyed an even better start, and six wins from their opening seven matches has seen the Citizens climb to the summit of the Premier League table, level on points with city rivals Manchester United.
