After losing the League One Play-off final last year in his first year as permanent manager at Millwall, Neil Harris managed to turn around last season's sorrow and once again reached the League One Play-off final but this time pulling off a 1-0 victory over Bradford to secure Championship football.

Harris was able to push on again and this time secure a crucial win at Wembley, but he wouldn't have been able to do so if he hadn't have brought in significant signings such as Shaun Hutchinson and Calum Butcher, therefore if Harris is to stay in the Championship next season, signings such as these are essential.

West Ham youngster Josh Cullen may just offer the depth in midfield which the Lions should be searching for.

The Irish midfielder who has spent the last season and a half at Bradford, and has been an influential member of the Bantams squad and Play-off run.

The Republic of Ireland under-21 international will surely be on the radar of many Championship clubs after such a successful individual season, but with Millwall likely to offer him a regular first team spot, iy could be enough to tempt Cullen to the New Den.

Especially with him returning  to his Parent club West Ham this summer, the Hammers will more than likely be looking for a Championship club to loan him for the upcoming campaign, or if West Ham don't see a future for Cullen may be looking to cash-in on him now.

Cullen is able to deep or an advanced role in the midfield, giving Harris the option where to play him due to his versatility.

The 21-year-old really would prove to be a magnificent signing if the Lions were able to capture him.
