Grady Diangana signed for West Brom this summer on a season-long loan from Premier League side West Ham United.

The talented winger is looking to build on his great potential that he has shown on several occasions during brief cameos in the top division of English football.

At just 21-years-old, he seemingly has the world at his feet and could go on to become a star in English football. Earlier this year, he signed a six-year contract with the Hammers, showing the intent from the club in keeping him in East London for his long-term future.

Then in the latest transfer window, the Hammers linked up with former manager, Slaven Bilic, who decided to take the winger on loan at his new side, West Brom.

So far, Diangana has become a regular in the side and his flair and skilful dribbling has lit up the Hawthorns as West Brom remain unbeaten in the league after seven games of the new season.

He's already hit three goals in the campaign and has played an important role both in the attacking areas and defensively in Bilic's starting XI. What makes him a class above a lot of the other forwards in the league is his positioning without the ball.

He is able to read the game and offer an option for Kieran Gibbs even when the Albion are in defensive areas. His close ball control allows him to carry it out of tight spaces, without doing anything stupid with possession.

This is such a key trait to have that would help improve any Championship side in the division, and you even see this type of play with some of the best wide players in the world.

Alongside his ability to track back and be a defensive support for Bilic's side, he is lightning fast going forward but also has a natural ability to finish - something that young players find so hard to add to their game.

Coming off the bench in West Brom's third game of the season against Luton, Diangana scored twice very quickly after his introduction to ensure the Baggies won the match 2-1, after being a goal down.

That type of impact is crucial for a team who wants to be competing for promotion, and the fact that his technical ability isn't all he has in his locker makes him the perfect Championship winger.
