10. Paul Peschisolido
Currently, the tenth oldest player ever to have played for the Hatters is Paul Peschisolido, who makes this list having appeared for Luton at the age of 36 years, three months and 20 days old.
Peschisolido was signed by the Hatters back in July 2007 after his release from Derby County, he started the 2007/08 campaign in Luton’s squad and was an important option for them in League One. The forward featured in four league games and also managed to score what would prove to be his only goal for the club in a Football League Trophy match against Northampton Town.
However, he then suffered an ankle problem which eventually required surgery and would keep him out of action for the rest of the 2007/08 season. Following the end of the campaign, the Hatters decided to release him and allow him to leave the club after making just five appearances.
Since his retirement from the game, Peschisolido spent time in charge of Burton Albion before leaving the club with 31% win percentage from his 141 games in charge.
