There is no doubt that there is some incredible young talent in English football. And Derby County are no exception.

English football has seen the rise of non-league stars in recent years with the likes of Charlie Austin and Jamie Vardy.

Dele Alli has given hope to aspiring young players in the less glamorous divisions, showing that anyone who's good enough will eventually make it, as he has gone from League One to potentially Euro 2016 in just one year.

There is also a lot of good young talent in the Sky Bet Championship, Leeds' Lewis Cook has burst onto the seen this season, already catching the eye of Premier League clubs. Jordan Graham was also very impressive earlier this season before suffering a lengthy injury.
