Bristol City will be looking to end this season on a high once the international break passes with Nigel Pearson aiming to show what he can do with his players between now and the end of the campaign.
The Robins have a good squad but again haven’t been consistent enough this season to really make the play-off places and it seems unlikely that they will now in the remaining games.
Of course, injuries have also played their part this season with many Robins players hit by fitness problems and Dean Holden ultimately paid the price for that, lasting less than a year in the job after taking over from Lee Johnson.
