Now that all 24 teams have been sorted for next year, it is time for all the Championship clubs to start looking at strengthening their squads.

Sheffield United had a terrific first season back in the Championship after winning the League One title last year and they will be looking to go one better next time out.

The Blades, under the guidance of Chris Wilder, secured a top ten finish and fell narrowly short of the play-off zone but it could have been much better.

Some poor form in the second half of the season cost Wilder's side a place in the top six and it even looked like an automatic promotion challenge was on the cards at one point.

But Wilder will still be happy with the platform he has set for success next year and after sorting his future out, it is time for him to bring in some quality players.

Here are three early deals he needs to get sorted before the World Cup starts.

Sheffield United signed Blackman on loan from Chelsea last summer and he proved to be one of the best signings in the whole division.

The 24-year-old was solid between the sticks for the Blades and they should wrap a permanent deal up for him as soon as possible.

He is certainly better off moving away from Stamford Bridge for his own career's sake.

Wilder has been looking to bring in new centre-halves for a while and Lindsay would be a superb addition.

The 22-year-old only moved down from Scotland last year to join Barnsley but he showed his class by being their best player in the Championship.

With the Tykes suffering relegation to League One, the Scotsman could force a move back to the Championship to fulfil his ambition of being selected for the senior Scotland squad.

Most Championship clubs should be looking at Oztumer, who is set to become a free agent when his contract expires with Walsall.

The 26-year-old is small in stature but he is an excellent creative midfielder who contributed with 17 goals and eight assists for the struggling Saddlers this year.

With many clubs pursuing this deal, Wilder needs to act quickly and bring the "Turkish Messi" to Bramall Lane.
